Need help as I have not previously coded lab work-Example-Blood work drawn in Doctor's
office but sent to local hosp for processing-Can Dr's office charge 36415? Doesn't
hospital code for blood work w/90 or 91 modifier??
 
Yes, the doctor's office would bill 36415 for drawing the blood. I'm not sure how the hospital would bill. Hopefully someone else can answer that part of the question.
