I am needing information regarding the billing of LRI's (Limbal Relaxing Incisions) with cataract surgery as opposed to billing after cataract surgery. Would this procedure be the patient's responsibility if not done at time of cataract surgery? I need to know what the guidelines for billing are. Thanks in advance for any help.
