Billing Quadricepsplasty with total knee revision????

I have a surgeon wanting to bill for a quadricepsplasty (27430) in addition to his total knee revision (27487). I do not show any bundling issues with this. Another one of my surgeons said he felt this would be included int he 27487, because they almost always do a quadricepsplasty when they do their revisions. Has anyone else billing this out or have any documentation/suggestions????

I checked the Coding Companion and the Medicare CCI edits and don't see where the two codes are bundled together so you should be able to bill for both!
