my doc likes to bill for wwe along with 99212 or 99213. In this case we billed:
1. 99385 -V72.31
2. 81002 -V72.31
3. 99213 mod25- V25.02
4. 96372 -V25.02

The insurance co paid everything except line item 1 the WWE. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fight them to pay the wwe??
