Qualifications:
Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Certified Professional Coder status a plus!
Required Knowledge:
Previous billing/coding experience in a medical environment (preferably Chiropractic)
Past experience in training software products to end users
Experience Required:
At least one (1) year software training
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a billing/coding environment
Skills/Abilities:
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to meet stringent deadlines.
Learn quickly and can apply knowledge into the workplace.
Can handle multiple projects at one time
