Wiki Billing STD testing for Medicare patient going in group home

We have a group home for psychiatric patient's in our area and when they get a new client, they bring them to our office for STD, hepatitis testing etc. They see the doc and labs are ordered. How would you bill this?
 
Are you asking for diagnosis codes? The ICD codes would be screening dx.

Hepatitis - V73.89
GOV - V73.81
"VD" - V74.5
etc.

If you're asking which CPT to assign it will depend on the encounter; the intensity of the visit, the complexity of the diagnoses and management, etc.
