Hello,
How do we bill these codes to Medicaid to get proper reimbursement?

NY PFS is paying over $3000 and IL PFS is paying around $400.00

Are your claims getting rejected or denied, or are you just dissatisfied with the reimbursement rate?

The fee schedules and reimbursement methodologies are determined by each state independently. You can't really compare what's reimbursed in New York and expect to receive comparable rates in Illinois.

However, you can evaluate your claims and make sure they are being paid appropriately according to Illinois Medicaid rates. Is that what you're looking to do?
