Wiki Billing under an NPP for Advance Care Planning

Our LCSW has her own NPI and we want to bill for her for Advance Care Planning. My understanding is that if she is credentialed with MCR we can bill under her and not have to worry about billing incident-to. But if she is not credentialed, we can bill incident-to, correct? Thanks in advance:)
