Wiki Billing units for hydroxocobalamin J3425

I have a charge for 5 grams of hydroxocobalamin and because the billing units for J3425 are per mcg, the billing units maxed out at 99,999 in our EHR system.

My question - Is J3425 supposed to be used for smaller doses only or only specific NDCs?

J3425 - Injection, hydroxocobalamin, per 10 mcg
