I am confused on whether or not V2410 and V2430 are add on codes to the regular lenses e.g V2109. Any help would be awesome!!

These are not add-ons. They are a special lens type used for aphakic spectacles (a patient that has no implanted intraocular lens). You know, the ones they used to call "Coke-bottle lenses." Because of the advances in IOLs, they are becoming a rarity.;)
