If a PA assist a physician in the surgery, can we bill both claims for ASC? One with MD and the other same claim with AS modifier for the PA?
 
Not sure I understand what you mean by billing 'for the ASC'. There will be three claims, one for the MD, one for the PA, and one for the ASC. Each would be submitted under appropriate provider.
