Hello,

I need some help on clarifying if we have a patient who is seen for a condition related to an auto accident and we bill it to them but it comes back with the patient being responsible for a deductible amount are we able to send the remaining balance to the patients regular health insurance?

Yes, we do this all the time. Remember to submit as a secondary claim, not a primary claim.
