Wiki Bilobed Musculocutaneous Rotational Flap Coding - 15733?

This surgery is being performed to repair a defect in the right nasal wall secondary to Basal Cell. CPT 15733 is for musculocutaneous flaps however it states there are specific vascular pedicles it applies to. Any suggestions when the flap is based on the nasalis artery?
