Can someone guide me in the right direction?
Biofeedback 90875 and 90876 total time has changed per CPT and MCR.
90875 was 20-30 min, now states 30 min
90876 was 45-50 min, now states 45 min
To me this means the provider has to spend the new indicated time of at least 30 or 45 minutes to get the code.
Do you know if there is specific guidance out there in regards to this?
Is there a possibility, there could be a time range as is now with the new psychotherapy codes? (example 90832 is now 16-37 minutes, but the code book states 30 minutes.
