How does the use of acellular mesh figure into my billing? May I bill a 49568 and a 15170 in addition to the hernia surgery?
 
Hello,
Use of mesh - CPT 49568, is separately reported along with CPTs 49560-49566(incisional hernia repair) alone. Please check.
