Patient comes in for a "Biometric screening" Not much in the way of exam performed, lipids, glucose drawn & UA done as well.
Can we bill 99211?
I am thinking NO.
36415 will make it so the 99211 needs a modifier and I do not see any reason to apply the 25 modifier.
Am I correct?
