i have a question regarding how to code an axillary lymph node biopsy.
it was done in an outpatient setting.

the dr went into the mass with ultrasound guidance using a 18 gauge needle percutaneously. he then withdrew 3 core biopsies. there was no incision or closure and it wasn't an aspiration.


any guidance would help...i have some ideas but im not 100% i was thinking 38505?
