Can anyone help me with a code for biopsy of ACL deposits, or would it be included in the other procedures?

Procedures Performed: Arthroscopic debridement of partial ACL tear, biopsy of ACL deposits, anterior synovectomy, and partial posterior medial and lateral meniscectomies.

Operation detail in part: Inferolateral portal was made and the scope was introduced into the joint. There was extensive anterior synovitis that was removed for visualization. There was a fairly apparent partial tear of the ACL appeared to have gouty type deposits versus intra-articular cortisone deposits, but he does has a history of gout and biopsies were taken to confirm, which of these modalities may be present.
