The physician performs a dilation of the urethra, and also does a bladder biopsy with bilateral retrograde pyelograms. How would this be coded? I know the dilation bundles into the biopsy and the pyelograms bundle into the dilation. Can you bill 52204 with 52005-59? Thank You
