Which Biopsy CPT code can we consider for Anal polyp specimen? is it 88305? or 88304? and why?

Hi,

I think 88304 is Biopsy for Tag which is found in Anus, If I'm not wrong we can consider 88305 for Anal polyp biopsy, Level 4 depicts Colon Biopsy as well as Colorectal biopsy.
