Wiki BIPAP dx

pt brings in their own BIPAP for a use during a surgical procedure. Is the dx code V46.11 or V46.8?

I use the V46.2 for the use of BIPAP/CPAP machine which gives supplemental oxygen.
It technically is not a ventilator V46.11 and I would'nt use V46.8.
