Wiki Bipolar Spectrum Disorder

How are other coders handling the diagnosis of Bipolar spectrum disorder? I see this most often in documentation for patients who also have clearly diagnosed PTSD and psychosocial stressors. There is no clear ICD-9 diagnosis for the spectrum disorder, and the symptoms mirror PTSD.

If there is no specific code, I would code the bipolar, PTSD and any other dxx that are clearly stated.
