How do you code below knee amputation scar neuroma injection? The provider injected 3ml of 0.25% bupivacaine with 10mg dexamethasone into the soft tissue alongside the amputation scar. We were thinking 64999 first, but then 20552 was suggested. I am not sure if either one of them is correct. Please somebody advise. Thank you.
