Wiki Bleb needling w/mitomycin-C injection

A doctor in my practice is billing for a bleb needling with mitomycin-C injection in the subconjunctival space. I plan to use 66250 with T85.398A for the procedure. Am I able to bill for the subconjunctival injection as well since it is not bundled per say?
