Patient had a bleb revision with an amniotic membranne graft and a pedicle conjunctival graft. The booking was 66185 which i dont think that is the code . I want to go with 66250 , ANY SUGGESTIONS ? This is a medicare patient so what about the 2 grafts , can I code these?:confused:
