Would you help with coding of following procedure please?

EUA, Ligate Bleeding Vessel of Fistulotomy Wound. Operative note states we evacuated the clot with Yankauer suction. In the base of the fistuolotomy wound there was an arterial pumper. This was controlled with cautery. Wound was irrigated and injected with Marcaine. The wound was packed open with iodoform gauze.
