Wiki Bleomycin Injection

I need some help in creating some kind of uniformity within my podiatry client...They are a group of seven physicians & they have all decided they are going to code their own way...
Here is my question if Bleomycin is utilized for wart destruction is it ok to bill the procedure as follows:
J9040, 96401 & 17110

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

If you are injecting Bleomycin, you should use CPT 11900-11901. CPT 96401 is for Chemotherapy administration of anti-neoplastic drugs. CPT 17110 is for the destruction of lesions.
