Is this still minimal risk? I seen on a handout that this was low risk? They also have rest under low? I would assume this is still minimal. I printed this off an AUA webinar.
 
A blood draw has minimal risk of morbidity so I would count it as minimal under risk. Rest is also minimal. Not sure where you are seeing rest as low, but I've only seen it as minimal.
