Hi Everyone,

Can anyone tell me if a patient is checking their blood glucose on their meters at home and sending the log via email or fax. Can the doctor bill for that service even if they have not seen the patient face - to -face and if so what code would you use?

you can use online medical evaluation as long as the provider respond to the patient in the same manner the patient contacted them.
