does anyone know if Medicare reimburses for code 82947 - the patient comes into the office and the doctor will test blood for sugar level - and would diagnosis code 250__ and v58.69 as these patients are on insulin, be appropriate and lastly are there any time restrictions, suchas, only every 6 months or every year etc.
