If the provider reviews the noted BP tracking from the patient and recommends a change in their meds, can we charge for that? What is the code for it? Thanks
 
99211 or 99212

IF the patient was actually seen in the office - and depending on documentation - I'd think 99211 or 99212. (YES, doctor can use 99211.)

You can charge a 99211 even if the phy just called in the Rx to the pharmacy. 99211 justifies the time the phy took to review the cart and call in the Rx. I had this scenerio once and was told by Blue Cross that we can bill a 99211 as long as all was documented in the patient's chart.
