Good afternoon-
I was wondering if anyone else is have denials due to an authorization needing to be attatched when billing. whenever we call the insurance to get one they get made saying stop caling for an auth because it is not required. A month later we get denials stating that an auth needs to be attatched??? We are a family practice with 2 master level social workers (licensed). We generally use codes 90801 90804 90806 90814, etc...
