Wiki BNP measurement failed...can i still bill?

We draw and measure Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) CPT 83880 in our office. In one patient, his blood clotted to quickly and the measurement failed therefore we have no results. We used two test strips trying to get a result. Can we still bill for this service? Is their a modifier that I need to use showing that the test was done but did not yield a result?
