Our physician implants bone-anchored abutments to attach a prosthetic ear. These abutments are similar to the type used for attaching a cochlear hearing device in that a burr hole is used to insert the abutments into the skull. What would be the correct code for the insertion of the abutments (usually 2-3 are needed to attach the ear)?
