Wiki Bone Block correction (talus)

HELP!!! I need an answer ASAP for precert of surgery. Patient has malunion of subtalar and I'm looking at CPT 28320. Would bone block correction be inclusive or is there an additional code? Thanks,

Yes, if the aim is to repair the malunion of the talus via fusion with bone block. You could also look at 28725.
