Patient had underwent medial menisectomy, chondroplasty, and open excision of patellar bone spur.

"A 4 cm segment of the previous transverse anterior skin incision was reopened sharply. Dissection was deepened on to the anterior aspect of the patella. There was found to be a prominent bony spur in that area corresponding to the patient's area of tenderness. Soft tissue was removed from over the spur. A power burr was then used to burr away the prominence until it was flush with the remaining surface of the patella. This was completed with a rasp. The area was then covered with bone wax."

Can I use 27331 for this?
