I'm coding "Bone spur, right 5th toe with Exostectomy of same." Easy to get the removal code, (28108) but am I missing something when I can only come up with 726.91 Exostosis of unspecified site? It's not unspecified, I just can't narrow the code down any more than that! Any help/opinions appreciated!
