I am getting denials on the Boniva. I am using 733.00. Is there another
DX I should be using with this?

What does the denial state? Also you are using an unspecified code and many payers are not accepting this codes as medical necessity for treatments. If your provider is treating the condition then they should be able to document the condition to a greater degree of specificity.
