Anyone's office do Botox injections for Hidradeniti Suppurativia? If the patient's specialty pharmacy pays (and sends the medication to the office) what codes do you bill for doing the injection? Do you bill just the 64650 only or the Jcode as well? TIA

You cannot bill J0585 if you are not providing the stock of Botox (physician buy and bill). The CPT code would be dependent on the location on the body.
