Can you bill BCBS and other insurance payers for the Botox waste and get paid? I know that Medicare will cover the Botox waste but was unclear about the private payors.
 
You have to check the payer policy/guidelines. They are usually called Wasted/Discarded Drugs and Biologicals Policy or JW Modifier Policy.
