I code a lot of injuries for an urgent care and have been told to do box 14 and 15 on the claim different ways. First, I was told to never put any dates in box 15, then to never put anything in box 14. According the CMS update 12/27/13, box 15 is to be left blank. Can anyone provide me with some insight into which box accident dates are supposed to be in? It would be very helpful to everyone here and would resolve some unpaid claims if I had some sources. Thank you! :confused:
