Wiki BPH with Polyuria and Frequency

I have a case where the doctor documented BPH with both conditions - Polyuria 788.42 and Frequency 788.41.. My question is if it would be correct to code only the Polyuria 788.42? It doesnt feel right to code both conditions.. but I'm not sure.. :(
 
These are two seperate codes for each of these DX, I would take that to mean I needed to use them both. But be sure you "Code first, if applicable, hyperplasia of prostate (600.0-600.9 with fifth didget 1"

If there was say a code 788.40 that stated frequency of urination and polyuria, then you could use just the one code , but there isn't so I would code them like they are 788.41 and 788.42

Hope this helps. This is how I would code them.
