We have a patient that was adopted and she is wanting the BRAC testing to determine if she is at risk since she doesn't know anything about her family's health history. Unfortunately, the lab that provides the test will not touch it because she doesn't have a family history diagnosis. Is there any other diagnosis that we could use for her? I am unable to find anything. It seems like she would need the test more than anybody else since she has nothing to go on.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you
