Wiki Brachial-Brachial Bypass Graft with other than vein

I have a vascular surgeon that did a Brachial-Brachial bypass with other than vein. There is a code for Brachial-Brachial with vein thats 35525, but not able to locate a code for with other than vein. Is there any other code that may be used other than 37799 - unlisted procedure, vascular surgery?

I think you are stuck using unlisted. I've been coding Vascular procedures for 7 years and I've never encountered this type of bypass. I don't think they are performed too frequently, therefore CPT had never created a code.
