Hi out there....I am having a little trouble coding a "punch" biopsy of the breast around the nipple area. Can someone help with this. Thanks

If we are talking the surg path code then use 88305, either for breast biopsy not requiring microscopic evaluation of margins or for skin-other than cyst/tag/debridement/plastic repair.
If you do happen to have a margin evaluation and it's only skin, stick with 88305.
