I AM IN NEED OF HELP ON CODING THE FOLLOWING

1)Bilateral breast revision with popcorn capsulorrhaphy andrepositioning of lateral breast borders
2)Right breast repositioning of inframammary crease
3) Bilateral breast removal of saline implants andreplacement with silicone implants.
4) Bilateral breast placement of surgical scaffold

THIS PROCEDURE WAS CAR ACCIDENT RELATED, PER THE SURGEON CPT CODE 19380 IS NOT THE CPT CODE

Curious why surgeon wouldn't want to use 19380, that is one I would use for a problem with an implant (rupture etc...) but I guess that depends on documentation.
You could also look at 19371 with 19340 or the 19499 for unlisted procedure?
