I am sure all will have a different opinion, but just wondering what the thought is on when a pt has breast cancer, and they pathologist reviews for example, part one is a simple mastectomy with margin exam ( no nodes) , so 88307. Then he also reviews part 2 and lets say it says: breast margin , and it has the superior margin has a green stitch and the margin is inked and serially sectioned.
what would you code this ??
