Use the neoplasm table for the correct code. A breast neoplasm of uncertain behavior is D48.6 with a 5th character to specify side.

What is the dx code for breast mass? Insurance won't pay for N63.

It depends on if the mass is uncertain behavior or is benign as I am assuming it is not malignant. Also it depends on where the mass is and which breast it involves.
