I have doubt about the usage of CPT 15770

In my Op report it mentioned 180 CC total fat is injected for bilateral breast , There is no usage for 50 modifier

As per MUE we can use only 2 units,

Please advise

It's 15777, this is an add code. no modifier. if done bilaterally just double the fee, leave units as 1.
