When nipple tattooing is done within the global period of breast recontruction, is it part of the global service? Or is considered a seperate procedure?

Sounds painful! :eek:
If it's just being tattooed, use 11920-11922, with modifier 58 attached. If the shape is being reconstructed with tissue, also, report 19350-58, as well. Neither is included with the reconstruction. Hope that helps! ;)
